Welcome to Sarge’s Auto Rentals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

 

  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Meet the minimum age requirement
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Meet all payment and verification requirements

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be in proper condition, subject to any applicable charges.

Vehicle Usage

Customers agree to:

  • Use the vehicle responsibly and legally
  • Not use the vehicle for unlawful activities

Additional Drivers

Any additional drivers must be approved in advance and meet all rental requirements. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned on time. Late returns may incur additional fees as per our rental policy.

Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period. Charges will apply based on the extent of damage and repair costs.

Insurance

Proof of valid insurance may be required. Customers are responsible for understanding their coverage and any liabilities during the rental period.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Vehicle Availability

While we strive to provide the selected vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle if necessary.

Prohibited Use

Vehicles must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Racing or reckless driving

Limitation of Liability

Sarge’s Auto Rentals shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles.
